John Kozarich, Ph.D., Chairman, President (see Management Team)
Keiji Hirai, Ph.D., President, Corporate Officer, Executive Director, Research & Development Headquarters of Kyorin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Dr. Hirai joined Kyorin in 1972. His previous positions at Kyorin included Senior Director of Discovery Research Headquarters, Director of the R & D Management Department, Director of R & D, Strategy and Business Development and Director of the Pharmaceutical Strategy Department. Dr. Hirai received Ph. D. from Gunma University, School of Medicine and he graduated from Yamanashi University, Faculty of Engineering.
Masakatsu Komuro, Ph.D., Corporate Officer, Executive Director, Head of Exploratory & Development Research Center of Kyorin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Dr. Komuro Joined Kyorin in 1976. He has been the Head of Development Research Laboratories since 2005 until present. Dr. Komuro received Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo, School of Pharmacy, and he graduated from Ibaraki University, School of engineering.
Kei Takahashi, Director of Business Development, Kyorin Co., Ltd. & Kyorin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Mr. Takahashi joined Kyorin in 1984. He was the Vice President of Kyorin USA, Inc. (Teaneck, New Jersey) during 2001-2003. He has been the Director of Business Development since 2005 until present. Mr. Takahashi graduated from Saitama University, Faculty of Liberal Arts (Humanity & Social Science).
