ActivX Biosciences Announces Agreement with Pfizer for Drug Profiling
July 10, 2003LA JOLLA, California, July 10, 2003 – ActivX Biosciences, Inc., a privately held biotechnology company applying novel chemical technologies and high-throughput protein analysis to drug discovery, announced today it has entered into an agreement with Pfizer to further characterize the protein activity of a research compound currently under development at Pfizer.
Under the agreement, ActivX agreed to utilize its proprietary technology to analyze specific protein activities to provide a greater understanding of the biological activity of Pfizer’s compound. Financial terms of the transaction were not announced.

With the addition of Pfizer, ActivX continues to validate its technology by further building a strong portfolio of corporate partnerships, which currently includes Kyorin Pharmaceutical Co. and Sosei Co.
ActivX Biosciences, Inc.
